About the Role
Our Club Specialist will be responsible for managing new and existing club members. These duties include using a POS (point of sale) system, club filing system, data entry, transactions and customer phone calls.
Club Specialists are also the first to interact with a customer. They assist with transactions, offer promotions, guide customers onto the automated car wash conveyor and perform daily janitorial duties.
